INGENIOUS is a project aiming to build an innovative training model and path through determining the level and assessment of digital and green skills of teachers in the field of vocational education and training (VET), as well as development of innovative VOOC platform with integrated courses and learning content.
The key result from executed activities under the project is the creation and launching of the INGENIOUS Moodle platform aiming to equip educators with digital and green skills which will later on be transferred to the workforce. The courses are designed by leading university partners working on the topic of digitalization as well as business organizations having in depth knowledge of the needs of the labor market.
INGENIOUS Moodle platform provides the possibility to learners first to assess their knowledge on the usage of digital tools such as MS Office platform and online platforms during conducting their own training courses. Based on the self-assessment the platform provides two levels of learning modules – basic and advanced. The second group of courses focuses on green skills in five key areas – digital competences supporting agriculture 4.0, supply chain and transport including drones, manufacturing, use of resources and circular economy, reducing pollution and negative effects of climate change.
